General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Withdrawal period: the period within which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal

  • Consumer: a natural person not acting for purposes related to trade, business, or profession who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur

  • Day: calendar day

  • Duration contract: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over time

  • Durable medium: any tool that allows information to be stored and reproduced unchanged for future reference

  • Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period

  • Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services at a distance

  • Distance contract: a contract concluded exclusively via distance communication

  • Means of distance communication: any means used to conclude a contract without both parties being physically present

  • General terms and conditions: these terms and conditions of Celanoir

Article 3 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Celanoir and to every distance contract concluded between Celanoir and the consumer.

Before concluding a contract, these terms will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where they can access them and that they will be provided free of charge upon request.

If a contract is concluded electronically, these terms will be made available in a way that allows storage on a durable medium.

In case of conflicting additional conditions, the provision most favorable to the consumer applies.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.


Article 4 – The Offer

All offers are non-binding and may be subject to change.

Product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Images are indicative; minor deviations do not bind Celanoir.

Product colors may vary slightly from displayed images.

Each offer clearly states:

  • Price (excluding import VAT and customs clearance costs)

  • Shipping costs

  • Method of contract conclusion

  • Right of withdrawal

  • Payment, delivery, and execution details

  • Offer validity

  • Communication costs (if applicable)

  • Contract storage details

  • Data correction options

  • Available languages

  • Applicable codes of conduct

  • Minimum contract duration (if applicable)


Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and meets all conditions.

For electronic agreements, confirmation will be sent. Until confirmation, the consumer may cancel.

Celanoir ensures secure transactions and may verify payment capability.

Orders may be refused with justified reason.

The consumer will receive:

  • Contact details for complaints

  • Withdrawal information

  • Warranty conditions

  • Contract details

All agreements are subject to product availability.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 30 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.

Products must be returned unused, with all accessories and (where possible) original packaging.

Withdrawal must be reported within 30 days, and the product returned within 30 days thereafter.

Failure to meet these conditions makes the purchase final.


Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the consumer, including returns to China.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days after receipt of the returned product or valid proof of return.


Article 8 – Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Price-dependent products (financial markets)

  • Newspapers and magazines

  • Opened sealed media or software

  • Opened hygiene products

For services:

  • Accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure services with fixed dates

  • Services already started with consent

  • Betting and lottery services


Article 9 – Prices

Prices will not increase during the validity period unless due to VAT changes.

Some products may have variable pricing.

Import VAT and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices are subject to typographical errors.


Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty

Products comply with the agreement and stated specifications.

Consumers retain all legal rights.

Defects must be reported within 30 days.

Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, or abnormal conditions.


Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

Orders are processed within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

In case of delay, the consumer may terminate the contract and receive a refund.


Article 12 – Duration Contracts

Consumers may cancel ongoing contracts at any time with a maximum notice period of one month.

Trial or introductory contracts end automatically.


Article 13 – Payment

Payments must be completed within 7 working days.

Errors in payment details must be reported immediately.

In case of non-payment, reasonable additional costs may be charged.


Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovering the issue.

Celanoir will respond within 30 days.


Article 15 – Disputes

All agreements and disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law, regardless of the consumer’s country of residence.
